In "Stack", Zayne interprets life through “building blocks”. Through play, blocks of knowledge and experiences are acquired and stacked on top of each other. Likening life to a game of jenga, Zayne imagines people pulling blocks from their past and stacking them above, to win games or to benefit peers. Even if the 'blocks' fall, they don't fade, players can always stack them back up again.
About
Zayne Pua, who lives with Anxiety Disorder, has been drawn to drawing and painting since childhood. As his condition developed, he discovered that creating art helped him manage anxiety and find moments of calm. Even after he was advised to stop school, he has continued to paint, holding closely to the practice that supports him. Today, art remains an important part of his life, offering both comfort and a sense of direction in how he moves forward.
