The artwork reflects Singapore's vision as a vibrant garden city, nurtured by unity, resilience, and shared hope. It celebrates the nation's strength in conquering challenges as one united people and being a place where it is admired and respected by its people. "SG60! Together!".

For over four decades, Liping has navigated her journey with Schizophrenia, transforming challenges into creative expression. Diagnosed at fifteen, she has built a life enriched by the steadfast support of family, friends, and her faith community. Through her artwork, she continues to explore new ways of sharing her perspective, demonstrating how creativity can flourish alongside recovery.
