Choon Heng enjoys engaging in healthy, meaningful activities at the Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH) centres and has a love for food. In his 40s, he joined the SAMH as a member, where he began exploring different art mediums, particularly acrylic painting. Through painting, Choon Heng finds peace and focus, and he especially enjoys the calming process of working with acrylics.
