A cheeky play on “seahorse racing” and “seeing horse racing”, Simeon’s whimsical artwork titled “SEE-HORSE RACING” illustrates a one-of-a-kind sporting event under the ocean. Jockeys in flamboyant silks bounce atop proud seahorses, charging through coral lanes like it’s the biggest underwater carnival on earth. Sea turtles drift by as dignified spectators, while fish spiral around giddy with excitement, seaweed waves like cheering hands. This event is more than just a race, it’s a watery playground where everyone shows up, joins in, and gets a little swept away in the current that is PLAY.
