Olden Singapore Landscapes (Set of 4)

"Older Singapore Landscapes" depicts the streets and shophouses of a Singapore that have largely given way to the march of progress, its facades rendered in soft reds, pinks, and greens that carry the quiet dignity of an earlier era. The four works together form a tender visual record of a city in transition, preserving in paint what time and development have steadily erased. It reflects an artist who holds the past with great affection, honouring the Singapore of earlier generations before its memory fades. The work is warm, elegiac, and quietly necessary.

About

Kevin is an artist with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) known for his focus and dedication to detailed architectural drawing. A self-taught artist, he has drawn complex structures, including buildings, transport systems and cityscapes, inspired by Singapore and beyond. Influenced by Stephen Wiltshire and urban models such as the URA Gallery Singapore miniature, he continues to refine his practice through experimentation with various mediums and commissions.
