By Stanley Lim Min-Chieh, Mouth and Foot Painting Artists
Snow blankets the forest floor, soft and unyielding. Trees trunks rise like silent sentinels beneath a sky fractured with winter light. The cold is palpable but not cruel. Yet from the heart of this frozen stillness, light manages to pour through: golden, diffused, almost otherworldly. Shreds of brightness claw through the branches, igniting the snow in a quiet glimmer, and beckoning the eye toward something warmer. This is the quiet truth of a soul navigating the chill of uncertainty, a light that warms not the skin, but the spirit. A reminder that even in the coldest corners of life, hope waits glowing, constant, and just ahead.
