Bright colours and bold forms capture the joy of movement, reflecting the innocence and imagination of youthful play. Through this work, the artist celebrates community and heritage, preserving the spirit of togetherness found in simple moments of childhood wonder.

Ong Chee Hwee discovered his passion for art following a stroke in 2020. What began as a therapeutic activity during recovery gradually developed into a meaningful creative practice, helping him regain focus, confidence and purpose. Living with partial physical impairment, he uses painting to express himself and reconnect with the world. Inspired by nature, memories and everyday experiences, his works reflect resilience, hope and perseverance.
