my world is brightened by you

Reminiscing about waiting for the fireworks after the last rehearsal of national day in 2025, Nadya decided to turn that fond memory into a painting. "My world is brightened by you" features a boy and girl standing side by side, taking in the sight of the sunrise on the horizon while playing with sparklers. Between them, no words are needed as they are both present and connected in this shared moment.

For Nadya, art is a language of its own. Since childhood, she has found joy in drawing and colouring, using creativity as a way to explore her thoughts and emotions. What started as a favourite pastime gradually became an important source of comfort and self-discovery. Living with Depression and Anxiety Disorder, she enjoys creating from imagination, allowing ideas to unfold naturally on the page or canvas. Whether inspired by a feeling or a memory, Nadya approaches art with openness and authenticity.
