Underneath the deep blue waters of oceans and seas, and nestled among vibrant coral reefs, a plethora of marine fish thrive. Marine fishes range from tiny reef fish to massive open-ocean predators, each differing in shape, amalgamating in a kaleidoscope of colours, and exhibit distinct behaviours. This rich diversity of marine life shapes a world tucked away from the human eye as each peculiar sea creature goes about its life.

William Chia Yong Liang’s life took a turn in 1984, when a spinal cord injury left him Quadriplegic. Yet this was merely the beginning of his incredible journey. In 2007, a stroke took his voice and confined him to his bed, but he never gave up. With the steadfast care and support of his wife, alongside years of rehabilitation, he reclaimed his strength and now sits in his wheelchair, a living testament to the strength of the human will.
