Victor Hoon lives with Quadriplegia following a road traffic accident in 2005 that resulted in a C4/C5 spinal cord injury. He discovered mouth painting during SPD’s Transition Programme for Employment, guided by artist Christina Lau. What began as a new experience grew into a meaningful form of self-expression. Through steady practice, mouth painting has become both his creative outlet and an important part of his identity.
