A fish surges through the water with sharp focus, leaving behind a flowing trail of motion that curls and lingers in its wake. Its movement feels alive with playful competition, as if responding to invisible currents in a shared game of speed and flow. This piece highlights how play builds connection between people, just as the fish’s movements invite response and engagement, small actions and shared curiosity spark joyful interaction. Individual gestures ripple outward, creating a rhythm of connection.

Asher is an emerging artist who explores visual expression through bold, expressive artwork inspired by energetic styles. After an early interest in art was affected by discouraging feedback, he rediscovered his passion at Muscular Dystrophy Association Singapore (MDAS)’s Art Class. Living with Muscular Dystrophy, he continues to create with support from his caregiver, using art as a meaningful outlet for expression and healing.
