The artist constructs a human figure from collected receipts and drawings of favourite foods, assembling traces of shared spaces, meals, and everyday memories into a whole. The tension between the rigid structure of receipts and the loose, expressive act of drawing reflects how play quietly weaves itself through ordinary life. What begins as a collection of unremarkable moments reveals itself as a portrait of connection and belonging. It is a work that reflects everyday experiences and where personal and the communal are inseparable.

Linda is a self-taught digital artist with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other mental health conditions who rediscovered her passion for drawing during a difficult period. Art provides her with a meaningful space for expression, communication and emotional grounding. She explores ideas and styles through digital experimentation, driven by curiosity and creativity.
