By Nurul Amirah Binte Zain, Pathlight School
In "Flowers in the Spring Time", Nurul Amirah combines flower collages, acrylic paint, and markers to create a butterfly formed from a variety of shapes, colours, and patterns. The butterfly becomes the central focus of the composition, gently held and presented by a pair of hands below. Through the layering of materials and textures, the artist explores how small, individual elements can come together to form something vibrant and beautiful. The artwork reflects a sense of creativity, care, and the joy of building something unified from many parts.
