Playground Sunset

This artwork reflects Cara’s childhood memories of time spent in the playground with friends after school, playing until sunset. Swings, slides, and open park spaces form the setting for moments of movement, laughter, and carefree play. Surrounded by trees and flowers, the scene is grounded in nature, adding a sense of calm to the lively activity. The small balls represent Cara and her friends, symbolising togetherness and the simple joy of growing up in shared spaces.

Miyana Cara Lim, diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Dyslexia, has a natural love for doodling and hands-on creative making through drawing, clay and playful materials. She enjoys inventing characters and working spontaneously with imagination. Encouraged by her mother and art classes, she has grown in confidence, taking part in her first international competition in 2025 and her first exhibition in Paris in 2026.
