Ms Jasmine Tong is a gifted artist with intellectual challenges, currently honing her skills as a trainee in the art and craft project unit at the MINDS Regional Hub (Hougang). Over the past three years, Jasmine has shown exceptional talent and dedication, becoming one of the standout artists in the programme. Through her work, she continues to inspire others with her resilience and artistic vision.
