Moonlight at the Supertree Grove

In Supertree Grove, the artist renders Singapore's iconic metal trees as a magical forest in quiet celebration beneath a pink, sunset-lit sky. The moon peeks gently through the towering branches like a shy lantern slowly revealing itself to the world below. For one suspended, dreamlike moment, everything feels ethereal and grand. It is as though nature itself is stretching upward with quiet pride, showing off its splendour in the most graceful way possible. The artist captures this singular, fleeting moment with tenderness and wonder.

For Gabriel, art is a warm space of colour, wonder and imagination where everyday moments become stories. Living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), he expresses himself through painting, sculpting and writing, often depicting animals and meaningful places. His journey with Shaping Hearts began through his art therapist and teacher, Karyn, where he found a safe space to grow in confidence. In 2024, he shared his creative process publicly and continues to develop his artistic practice.
