Like Alice tumbling into a wonderland, the artist explores new worlds through colour and movement, embracing bold, unexpected combinations that feel "curiouser and curiouser" with every stroke. With little regard for convention or the world around her, she moves freely within this playground of contrasts, creating a vibrant, immersive space where viewers are warmly invited to step inside, let go of expectation, and simply be present in the wonder of it all.

Genine’s artistic journey began in 2019 during art psychotherapy sessions at Extraordinary People with Principal Art Therapist Ms Lama. Living with Global Developmental Delay (GDD), she progressed from early repeated markings to painting through patient guidance. The fluidity of paint helped unlock her expression, leading to dynamic, movement-filled works. She now creates intuitively using paint, hands and feet, producing bold compositions that reflect her curiosity and energy.
