"Dancing Chilli Crabs" as chilli crabs are one of Joseph's favourite dishes. The bold strokes and fiery colours capture the rich, spicy essence of the dish, while the expressive lines make the crabs alive, like they are playfully moving across the canvas. With this artwork, Joseph shares his joy and excitement for food, transforming a well-loved food experience into a vibrant visual feast.

Joseph is a young artist with a unique perspective, using art as a powerful means of self-expression. Diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Tourette Syndrome (TS), and moderate Intellectual Disability, his vibrant artworks often reflect his interests, including Singapore’s architecture, iconic landmarks, and his fascination with hotels. Inspired by Vincent van Gogh, Joseph incorporates bold colours and expressive strokes to bring movement and energy to his paintings. Outside of art, Joseph enjoys cycling, unicycling, and swimming, finding relaxation and balance in these activities.
