Cooling Beach

A cooling beach is a serene escape, where the gentle hush of waves lapping against the shore creates a soft, unbroken symphony: each note washing over the senses, easing the mind, and breathing life back into the soul. The sand, fine and pale as sifted flour, cushions each footfall with a tender coolness, creates an invitation to the weary to linger, to sink into stillness. Above, sunlight spills across the coastline in amber warmth, catching the ocean in its path. The water dances in a thousand shimmering fragments, glittering like scattered diamonds tossed by the breeze — drawing the eye into its endless, captivating embrace.

About

In 2009, Glen sustained a spinal cord injury resulting in paralysis from the chest down. What could have been the end of one story became the beginning of another. Turning to art as a way to heal, express, and reconnect, Glen found a new path forward. Through painting, he channels resilience, emotion and joy into every piece, his work stands as a reminder that even in the face of life-altering change, creativity remains limitless.
