By Stanley Lim Min-Chieh, Mouth and Foot Painting Artists
Standing tall against a sky heavy with clouds, the lighthouse glows like a quiet promise in the dark. Its beam cuts through the storm steadily and unwavering like a symbol of guidance in the face of life’s uncertainty. Surrounded by a field of lavender swaying beneath moonlight, the scene speaks of endurance and grace. Birds circle in the distance, the crescent moon watches from above, and still the light holds — a beacon of hope, safety, and strength. This is a portrait of resilience — a reminder that even in the darkest of skies, there is always something to guide us home.
