Clarke Quay, a historic riverside gem, carries the name of Sir Andrew Clarke—Singapore’s second Governor and a visionary leader of the Straits Settlements. Once a thriving center of commerce, it now flows with new life, where heritage whispers through every corner, and the river carries the timeless stories of a city shaped by its vibrant past and inspired transformation.
About
Chia Yong Jiang Willam's life took a turn in 1984, when a spinal cord injury left him Quadriplegic. Yet this was merely the beginning of his incredible journey.
