Through art and baking, Daniel has cultivated a rich creative life that reflects his diverse interests. Living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) since his early years, he has developed a particular talent for capturing the beauty of birds in his paintings, expressing his deep appreciation for the animal world. In the kitchen, he demonstrates his independence by preparing his own meals daily, including gluten-free and dairy-free treats that showcase his culinary creativity.
