Seasons Converge

"Seasons Converge" features lively yellow sunflowers, reminiscent of summer, and wistful purple lavenders, evoking the essence of spring. Behind, displays a lush forest that will soon be orange and the snow cover of blue trees. The latter seasons, autumn and winter slowly emerge behind in the background, uniting all four seasons at a convergence point. The artist invites viewers to appreciate the unity of nature as while all four seasons may occur at different times, they coexist harmoniously here.

Ng Siew Lian discovered her artistic voice through resilience and self-discovery while living with Spinal Muscular Atrophy and other health conditions. Introduced to art as a therapeutic activity, she gradually found in it a meaningful outlet for expression. With encouragement and support, she developed confidence through colour, shape and brushwork, creating artworks that reflect patience, imagination and inner strength. For Siew Lian, art is a powerful source of empowerment and resilience.
