Season's Greetings

The compilation of three harmonious panels shows the celebratory atmosphere of Christmas. The defined shapes of each subject symbolise the solid and never-changing elements of this winter holiday. Beginning with a wooden house featuring a chimney and a blanket of snow, the gold lights of the window show a family that is safe from the biting cold. Additionally, the pure white snowman wears a happy smile, created by children. Lastly, the pine tree, a classic symbol of Christmas Day, adorned symmetrically with red and yellow for a festive occasion.

Eileen Tay Soh Choon discovered art as a meaningful way to express herself and connect with the world around her.
