Phoebe Toh and Ng Siew Lian are resident artists at Singapore Cheshire Home, both living with physical disabilities and united by a deep passion for the arts. Phoebe, 44, is dedicated to handicrafts and visual arts, known for the care and heart she puts into every piece. Her resilience and creative spirit continue to inspire those around her. Siew Lian, an independent and imaginative artist, specialises in watercolour painting and is always eager to explore new ideas. Together, their collaboration reflects their unique styles, shared determination, and love for creative expression.
