"Brewing Connections" is a warm and endearing composition featuring three cups of coffee, each cradling a small animal nestled contentedly within the steaming liquid as though enjoying a leisurely soak. A hippo, a deer, and a hamster settle in with quiet contentment, lending the scene a gentle humour that makes it immediately and irresistibly charming. The palette is built entirely from soft browns and neutrals, reinforcing the cosiness and quiet companionship the work exudes. It is a piece that finds warmth and wit in the smallest of moments, rendered with affection and a light touch.

Koh Zhi Hong is an artist living with Depression and Anxiety Disorder who discovered his interest in art at ITE through digital art. What began as curiosity developed into a steady creative practice, leading him to explore 3D art independently. Through experimentation and self-learning, he continues to refine his technical skills and creative voice. Art has become an important space for focus, exploration and self-expression.
