By Tan Beng Leong, Daniel, Mouth and Foot Painting Artists
Bathed in the soft warmth of afternoon sun. A cat curls into a circle of calm, fast asleep in the soft warmth of the sun. Another rests nearby in the shade, unmoved by time, as if the hush of the afternoon had lulled the world into stillness. Against the golden stone wall, white shutters frame a window blooming with pink flowers, their petals catching the morning breeze. There is no hurry here, only peace. A sunlit wall, a flowered window, and two sleeping cats in the company of silence.
