Sunlight Drapes

"Sunlight Drapes" is Boon Kiat’s take on rays of warm sunlight filtering through curtains. The canvas is filled with flowing shades of crimson red, layered like soft curtain drapes moving in warm light. Gentle streaks of golden yellow peek through the folds of colour, creating the feeling of sunlight slipping through fabric on a quiet morning. The painting feels warm, cozy, and full of childlike wonder.
