Set along the colourful Alkaff Bridge, this artwork is inspired by the artist’s memories of exploring public spaces with family, friends, and the community. Bright patterns, energetic colours, and curious monkeys reflect how shared community spaces become places for gathering, bonding, and creating memories together. By blending nature with Singapore’s city landscape, the artwork celebrates how play connects people from different backgrounds through moments of laughter, imagination, and discovery. The monkeys are playful symbols of curiosity and companionship, reminding viewers of the happiness found in experiencing everyday spaces together.
