Samuel’s painting turns the cactus landscape into a playful world full of colour, patterns, and surprise. Samuel Wong is an artist with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) for whom art is a source of joy, comfort and self-expression. He began painting at a young age, creating colourful works with watercolours and oil pastels, and later expanded his practice to include landscapes, animals and imaginative compositions. Cheerful and curious, he approaches each artwork with wonder, using colour and creativity to bring his ideas to life. His practice continues to evolve, reflecting a thoughtful and inquisitive spirit.
