Fruits Decoration in Greyscale

Drawn to the beautiful arrangement of flowers, fruits and decorative objects, Joshua used acrylic and watercolour to create this piece. Joshua skillfully married varied shapes and textures to form a balanced, interesting scene of soft, elegant flowers paired with rich, full fruits and a woven basket. With thoughtful strokes, he detailed delicate petals and leaves, and the texture of each fruit and basket. This artwork also reflects Joshua’s desire to constantly master new techniques, to improve as an artist.

Joshua is an artist with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who developed his artistic talents while studying at Pathlight School. Recognised for his creative potential, he was invited to join the Artist Development Programme (ADP), where he honed his skills under the mentorship of professional artists. His work reflects a distinctive creative voice and unique perspective.
