"Field of Green" presents a photorealistic bird's-eye view of a surface blanketed entirely in clovers, rendered in a rich and varied palette of greens ranging from deep royal tones to bright, sunlit lime. Every leaf is painted with meticulous attention, its delicate veins, subtle holes, and precise curvature faithfully observed and lovingly reproduced. The overall effect is at once grounding and quietly uplifting, carrying a sense of natural abundance and good fortune. It reflects an artist with an exceptional eye for botanical detail, finding deep satisfaction in the patient, precise study of the natural world.

Diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Kaylan studied at Pathlight School and was invited to join the Artist Development Programme (ADP), where her artistic journey continued to take shape. Within a nurturing environment, she gradually discovered new ways of expressing herself through art, guided by curiosity and gentle exploration. Her practice reflects an evolving creative voice, shaped by patience, growth and quiet moments of discovery.
