In this piece, the artist focuses on capturing intricate details that often go unnoticed, bringing them together in a balanced, meditative Peranakan tile‑inspired composition. He challenges himself by layering warm and cool tones to create depth and harmony. The structured, tile‑like design allows him to work with both control and spontaneity while maintaining precision. He also experiments with painting techniques and textures, giving each section its own character as he refines his artistic approach.

Asher is an alumni of Pathlight School and a member of its Artist Development Programme (ADP), the school's signature programme that identifies and nurtures students with artistic talent. Asher's paintings capture details that often escape us. He enjoys exploring different painting styles and techniques, using colours, patterns and shapes to create engaging artworks. From simple geometric designs to more detailed compositions, he is always willing to experiment with new ideas. Through each artwork, Asher continues to develop his artistic skills and confidence as an artist.
