Teresa has long enjoyed painting, but discovered a deeper artistic calling after becoming paraplegic. She began her journey through art lessons at the Handicaps Welfare Association and continues to refine her practice today. Her “Elaborate Art” style reflects patience and focus, built through the careful layering of paint into intricate compositions. A two-time recipient of the UOL x ART:DIS Art Prize Highly Commended award (2023 and 2025), her work reflects steady growth, achievement and connection through art.
