"Gathering at the Blue Stream" is a joyful and imaginative scene in which six colourful dinosaurs gather together at the edge of a gently flowing stream beneath a wide, clear blue sky. Some peer curiously into the water's surface while others dip their heads to drink, creating a composition that feels unhurried and full of quiet camaraderie, while transforming these ancient creatures into something warm and approachable. This work reflects an artist who wishes to reimagine the dinosaur not as a creature of fear, but as a gentle and curious companio, capable of wonder and peaceful coexistence.

Aphinan Sisoulith (Bill) is an artist with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who expresses his creativity through drawing and painting. He has a strong interest in dinosaurs and cars, which often inspire his imaginative characters and artworks. Drawing brings him calm, focus, and joy, allowing him to share his ideas in a meaningful way. Through his paintings, Aphinan explores colours, shapes, and textures to bring his dinosaur world to life. He has completed five paintings and is proud to be part of the Shaping Hearts Exhibition 2026.
