Wings

In play, wings are a universal metaphor for the ability to rise above earthly limitations and mundane reality. Wings allow children to play and pretend, where a simple gesture can transform them into a pilot, a bird, or a fairy, unlocking abstract thinking and symbolic representation. This imagery provides a sense of liberation, imagination and adventure. It can help them to fly through despair, see hope, and reach a world where the mind is free to soar and explore.

About

Abraham is an aspiring artist with Dysphasia whose passion for art began in childhood. Recognised for his talent early on, he excelled in Art during secondary school before studying Space Design at ITE College Central and Fine Arts (Painting) at LASALLE College of the Arts. While at LASALLE, he participated in several art competitions and exhibitions. Since graduating in 2022, Abraham has continued developing his artistic practice and won awards in outings such as the UOL X ART: DIS Art Prize 2023 and Japan Art to You! Competition 2025. Abraham aspires to build a career as a freelance artist.
