这张画是在我心情不好的时候创作的。那时，我感到有些迷茫和困惑，情绪低落。但我决定以一种积极的心态去面对这些负面情绪。我拿起画笔，开始创作，试图通过艺术来表达我内心的感受。随着画面逐渐成型，我开始发现自己变得平静起来。每一笔每一色仿佛都在抚慰我内心的焦虑和烦躁。最终，画面带给了我一种释然的感觉，仿佛找到了某种安宁和力量。这张画不仅是我情绪的表达，也是我通过艺术寻找到的内心的平静和治愈。
About
Ling Teck Mong is an artist who specialises in watercolour painting. Despite his busy life and work commitments, he has always maintained a passionate interest in painting. However, due to a spinal injury, he had to put his artistic pursuits on hold for more than a decade. Now, as his life has become more stable, Lim Teck Mong has decided to pick up his brushes again and devote time to the art form he loves. Through watercolour painting, Lim Teck Mong hopes to express his emotions and share the beauty of the world as he sees it.
